CFDE’s Free ESL and Newcomer Learning Support Program helps eligible newcomers and low-income adults strengthen their everyday English communication skills. Support may include conversation practice, pronunciation, speaking confidence, basic reading and writing, employment-related language and assistance adjusting to life in Canada. Program availability depends on volunteer capacity and funding.
